Warm Ginger Pear Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 pear, de-seeded and stem removed
½ inch ginger
1 tbsp raw hemp seed
1 tbsp almond butter
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender (like a Vitamix*) and blend on HIGH for 2-3 minutes or until blender is warm. If you don't have a high speed blender, blend all your ingredients and then heat on stovetop until warm.
COUNTS AS
1 Fruit, 2 Fats
NOTES
You want your smoothie to be warm, not hot.
