Heat olive oil in a skillet (that has a lid) over medium heat. Saute onions and bell pepper for about 5 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add 1 cup chicken broth and broccoli. Add spices and stir to thoroughly coat mixture for about 1 minute. Season generously with salt and pepper. Put lid on skillet and let broccoli steam for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add diced chicken and cook until chicken is done and broccoli is fully cooked, about 5-10 minutes. Squeeze juice from lemon into skillet and stir to mix.
Serve stirfry by itself, over brown rice, or over cauliflower rice!
