Strawberry + Beetroot Antioxidant Boost Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ beetroot, peeled (grated if not using high-powered blender)
1 tbsp goji berries
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 inch fresh ginger
1 date, pitted
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop protein powder
DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high. Garnish with chia and a few goji berries just to make it look pretty.
