Spicy Thyme Baked Sweet Potato Fries

This recipe was inspired by a craving and a kitchen experiment gone right…because sometimes you just really, really want fries. This healthier version of the traditional is so flavorful and quick and easy to make that you will be able to satisfy your craving and still feel good afterward.
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large sweet potato, sliced into strips
½ tsp thyme, dried or fresh
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
sea salt + pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat sweet potatoes in olive oil and spices. Spread sweet potato pieces evenly across baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with extra thyme and sea salt to serve, if desired.
