Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat and warm until hot, but not smoking. Add onions and zucchini, stirring occasionally 3-5 minutes until soft. Add turkey and cook until brown 3-5 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste, spice blend, + chipotle chile. Add sweet potatoes, tomatoes, chicken broth, + 2 cups of water.
Bring chili to a boil and then reduce to simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sweet potatoes are tender and chili thickens, about 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
This recipe is spicy! To cut back on spiciness, omit or reduce adobo chiles and cayenne pepper.
