Sautéed Turnips, Green Beans, and Corn with Sage

INGREDIENTS

 1 bunch turnips, 3/4 lb, cleaned and quartered
 1 cup green beans, ends trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
 1 shallot, cut in half and sliced lengthwise
 2 ears corn, kernels removed
 2 tbsp fresh sage, roughly chopped
 2 tbsp grassfed butter

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter in skillet. Add turnips and sautée about 10-15 minutes salt and pepper until soft and brown and can be pierced easily by fork. Add shallots and sautee 1-2 min. Add green beans and corn. Cook, covered but stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes. Salt and pepper again, add sage and cook for an additional minute. Serve and enjoy.
