 1 head romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
 juice of 1 lime
 1 garlic clove, minced
 ½ tsp salt
  tsp ground coriander
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped



In a small bowl mix together all ingredients except lettuce and whisk to combine for dressing. In a serving bowl, mix together lettuce and dressing and coat well with fingers.
