For Smoothie
 ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
 ¾ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
 ½ cup ice
 1 banana, frozen
 1 tbsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp cloves
 ½ tsp nutmeg
Optional Toppings
 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tbsp ground flax seed
 12 pecans
 12 walnuts



Blend smoothie ingredients in a high powered blender until it reaches a consistent texture. Pour contents into a bowl. Lightly sprinkle your desired toppings over you smoothie and enjoy!


1 Protein, 1 Fruit, 1/2 Vegetable (+ 1 Fat for each topping used)
