Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup oats
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
⅓ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp maple syrup
DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to mason jar or tupperware. Mix thoroughly, refrigerate overnight, and enjoy the next day and throughout the week.

1 Starch, 2 Proteins, 1/3 Vegetable, 1 Fat
