Pumpkin Date Balls

Spice up your fall routine with these delicious pumpkin date balls.
INGREDIENTS
8 Medjool dates, pitted
½ cup pecans
⅓ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp oats
1 tsp coconut oil, liquified
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients in food processor. Roll into balls (about 16) and place in freezer for about 1 hour before enjoying.
