Kale + Pineapple Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
2 cups kale, chopped
1 cup pineapple, frozen
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup water
DIRECTIONS

Blend water and protein powder in the blender first. (This will help to avoid the protein powder from clumping together).
Add frozen pineapple, kale, and flax or chia seed.
Serve and enjoy! Preferably out in the sunshine.

2 Proteins, 1 Fruit, 2 Vegetables, 1 Fat
NOTES
This is my favorite go-to green smoothie recipe because it always tastes so delicious and is so nutrient-packed full of Vitamin K, A, & C!
