Blend water and protein powder together in a blender (this helps avoid clumping).
Add kale, kiwis, ginger, lime juice, and ice and blend on high until smooth.
I came up with this recipe on a whim one day when my stock of produce was dwindling and I found myself out of my regular smoothie ingredients. I started throwing flavors together in the blender and came up with this winning combination.
I love this smoothie because it has such bright and sunshiny flavor that you can’t help but feel energized by it. Enjoy!!
