Hidden Veggie Grassfed Burgers

These delicious burgers are filled with hidden veggies but are so moist and delicious no one will ever know!
INGREDIENTS
1 lb organic grassfed ground beed
½ cup carrot, grated
½ cup zucchini, grated
¼ cup beets, grated
½ cup yellow onion, grated
2 cloves of garlic, minced
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS

Use a box grater to grate carrot, zucchini, beets, onion into a bowl. Wrap grated veggies in a paper towel and squeeze and blot out extra moisture. Add garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add beef to bowl and mix to combine vegetable mixture and meat. Form burgers into 6 burgers.
Heat grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly spray with oil. Grill burgers for approximately 7-10 minutes and flip.

1 Burger = 1 1/2 Proteins, 1/2 Vegetable
