Pineapple Tuna Burgers

These tuna patties are a great way to add some tropical flare to a lunch or dinner.
INGREDIENTS
2 (7 oz.) cans of albacore tuna, well-drained
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, well-drained
2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped
5 tbsp almond flour
1 egg
1 tbsp tamari
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp red chili pepper
¼ tsp black pepper
juice of 1 small lime
2 tsp olive oil (if cooking on stovetop)
DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients in a large medium mixing bowl. Using hands, mix ingredients until thoroughly combined. Mixture will be very wet. For mixture into 4 patties, squeezing out excess liquid and cook.
To make in oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake burgers for 25 minutes.
To make on stove top: Heat oil in pan and cook until brown 3-5 minutes each side.
