INGREDIENTS

 ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
 ½ cup cashews
 ½ cup rolled oats
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp ground ginger
 ½ cup shredded carrot
 1 tbsp coconut oil, liquified
 5 dates, pitted and chopped
 2 tbsp flax seeds

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredient into the food processor in the order listed. Process all ingredients until well combined. Roll the dough into about 18 balls with your hands. Put the bites in the freezer for at least an hour before eating and store any extra balls in an airtight container in the freezer.

2 Balls = 1/2 Fruit, 1 Fat
