INGREDIENTS

 1 cucumber, diced
 ½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
 1 3 oz can tuna (I like Safe Catch and Wild Planet brands)
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 salt + pepper to taste
