You’ll love this veggie and protein packed pumpkin curry.
In slow cooker, mix coconut milk, pumpkin, chicken stock, garlic cloves, spices, salt and pepper. Add cubed chicken, onion, broccoli, and chard. Gently make sure to cover all ingredients with curry mixture. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
