Place chicken breast in the center of the crockpot and add green beans and potatoes on each side.
In a bowl, squeeze lemon for juice and add olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk together well.
Pour mixture over chicken, green beans, and potatoes. Coat well. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
