1 cup almond butter, no sugar added
 sea salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS

1

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Measure out the almond butter. Line mini muffin pan with liners.

Put about 1 tsp of melted chocolate in the bottom of the liner so it just covers the bottom of the liner. Spoon a small amount of almond butter on top of the chocolate layer. Cover almond butter with chocolate. Sprinkle with sea salt. Put cups in the freezer for about ½ hour to harden. Makes about 24 pieces.

Keep cups frozen for best texture and consistency.
