Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chickpeas in a bowl and toss well with avocado oil and spices. Spread chickpeas our on a baking sheet and roast for 45 minutes for crispy chickpeas (30 minutes for softer chickpeas to be used on salads or in tacos).
