In a large bowl, mix together chicken, zucchini, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, and spices.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. With a scoop or large spoon, drop meat mixture into the pan and cook for about 2 minutes each side or until cooked through.
Serving Ideas: Serve with my favorite salsa-yogurt dip or guacamole or fresh avocado slice. If you’d like, these can be made into larger patties to make full-sized burgers.
