1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 small frozen banana
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop protein powder or collagen powder
½ cup ice
DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend thoroughly, and enjoy!

1 Fruit, 3 Fats, 2 Proteins (if using protein powder)
