Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS
¼ apple, chopped
¼ cup oats, dry
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup unsweetened nonfat Greek yogurt
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS

In a mason jar, combine all ingredients in order as listed. Stir to thoroughly combine ingredients. Place mason jar in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 3 hours. Serve and enjoy cold.
COUNTS AS
1 1/2 Protein, 1 Starch, 1/2 Fruit
NOTES

I recommend making these in batches of 4 servings of overnight oats ahead of time to make your weekday mornings grab-and-go…and absolutely delicious.
