    I am loving this journal! I am not one to journal, but I have enjoyed using this for the past week and will continue to do so. It’s simple but requires me to think about things I don’t normally think about or keep track of. I love the weekly plan at the beginning of each week. I can say goodbye to me talking myself out of a workout because I haven’t decided what I want to do AND to the constant question of what’s for dinner. It also helps me focus and set some goals instead of having a million things floating around in my mind. I certainly have areas that I can improve but I am hoping that after 12 weeks of using this journal, the healthy habits I am developing will become part of my lifestyle. Well thought out by Jennifer! Definitely a refreshing and positive tool to use as you work towards your goals!

    I received this journal as a gift and though I am not one to journal, I am really enjoying using it – mainly because I like the format and it is easy to use.. The journal makes e me think about my nutrition, meal planning and a shopping list. Though I eat fairly healthy, I have always tended to “wing it” as far as meals. so I’m enjoying the planning processing.. Exercise has always been a huge priority but I haven’t journalled it before . Just taking time for myself and filling out the journal brings me a sense of achievement and satisfaction. I love the sections on “what I am grateful for”, “how I feel today”, and “what would make today great”. It’s obvious that Jennifer put a lot of time and effort into developing an amazing journal. I am confident I will continue to think about my nutrition and exercise far beyond the 12 weeks.

    I love this journal! It helps me be accountable to myself by making it super easy to plan out each week. I like that it’s pretty, colorful and practical! It keeps all of the elements I need to think about at my fingertips. In addition, the relevant quotes and focus for each week are inspirational and encouraging!     What a fun and compact motivational tool this Wellness Journal is! And not just for tracking my food, but PLANNING my food and exercise and keeping my goals for the days and weeks right in front of my eyes for gentle reminders. Thanks, Jennifer!

    This journal is a great tool to organize yourself at the start of the week, so you know you are getting off with the right foot forward. It also is a way to check in daily and reflect on what you’d like to accomplishment for the day, as well as providing a spot for reflecting on what you are grateful for. I also find the progress tracker in the back and the body measurements page to be very useful to help me record my results and see when I need to make an adjustment to what I am doing with my diet and health routine. I highly recommend this journal to not only plan your week, but to start and end each of your days!

    This journal is a must for me. It is such a great way to keep me focused and watch my progress. I’ve lost 30 lbs. so far and there were a couple times when I hit a plateau. It felt like months and the scale just wouldn’t budge, but I look at my journal and realize it really had not been that long. It only felt like two months, but in truth it was just two weeks when my scale was being obstinate. Not only is the journal useful, it is also quite lovely and it makes me focus on all that I have to be grateful for.

    Jen’s Well Journal is a super easy, comprehensive, and really helpful daily touchpoint to inspire me to stay on track with my Wellness Journey.
    I normally don’t like to journal but this time it is different.
    Everything I want and need to stay motivated, focused, and grateful is right here in this lovely and easy format.
    It is there every day waiting for me to check in, keep track, and go forward with a good deep breath and a glass of water:)
    My favorite parts are meal planning and the gratitude sayings every day. Both have made a big difference to me!
