Track your progress by uploading a before photo and progress photos to help you stay motivated.

To upload progress photos:

  1. Click on the “Upload Photos” tab below with the ‘+’ sign.
  2. Upload a photo by clicking ‘Choose File’ and choosing the photo you would like to save. (If you want to remove a photo you have uploaded, scroll over the photo and click the ‘x’ in the top right corner.)
  3. Add the date and weight in the text area below the image upload.
  4. Click “update” at the very bottom of the list to save the photo(s) and text. Don’t forget this or your information will not save!
  5. View the photos in the slider above to see how you have been progressing.
