“Jen is fantastic to work with! She eliminates the mystery and pressure around weight loss, and I feel like I’ve had a partner in my corner, supporting my efforts. She’s given me the specific tools and guidance I needed to lose, and now manage, my weight. "I am a 50+ young woman – actually pushing the next “big one!” I love exercise. I love eating healthy. I am not, and never have been, naturally thin! I managed for 50 years to keep in the healthy range though, but somewhere past that 50 years old mark, I wasn't just 10 pounds over my "wedding day" weight, but was approaching 20 pounds over and try as I did, the weight wasn't coming off. Having this amazing food plan (it is *not* a diet!) and accountability and friendship with Jennifer, I don't stress (much) about a couple of vacation pounds since I’m confident they’ll come off again when I focused. The routine that Jennifer and I have is working amazingly well with the online journaling and FaceTime every other week. I'm finding it easy to be accountable, 7 days a week, knowing that my Coach was checking in!
